Why the approved-FTE total is contested
One or more cost centres have two source systems that disagree on the approved headcount, and no reconciliation rule has the authority to pick a winner between them. Rather than pick a side or quietly drop the disputed cost centre from the total, this page declines to assert an org-wide number at all.
